Journey Found Announces New CEO
Manchester, CT – October 21, 2024 – Journey Found, Inc., a leading organization dedicated to providing behavioral, residential, and other support services to individuals of Connecticut is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark H. Perkins Jr. as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2025. Perkins is only the second CEO of Journey Found following the retirement of the founding CEO, Tracey Walker.
Perkins brings a wealth of experience in the field of human services as the founding Chief Operating Officer for Journey Found. Perkins has dedicated his career to serving people with intellectual disabilities in both direct support and administration for over 20 years. With a proven track record of expanding services in Connecticut, Perkins is poised to lead Journey Found into its next phase of growth and impact.

ADULT DISABILITY AND AUTISM SUPPORT IN CONNECTICUT
Many people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or Autism need a supportive living environment. Journey Found is proud to provide a wide variety of residential living options for adults with Autism. Some people choose to live in a small group home of peers while others choose greater levels of independence. All of our residences are located in active Connecticut neighborhoods, with nearby shopping, parks and restaurants.
At Journey Found, we provide developmental and intellectual disability services. The people we support receive a full range of adult disability support services to meet their unique needs – from daily care to educational and vocational programs to behavioral services.
