Our team includes Clinical Behavioral Specialists (BCBAs), other health professionals, and compassionate care givers. Each member of the team works together with families and guardians to build a personalized support plan, ensuring all aspects of daily life are addressed. For a more independent living solution, we also offer plans and strategies to ensure your loved one is cared for and their needs are met. Based in Manchester, CT, we’re able to serve and support adults living with disabilities or Autism across Bloomfield, Groton, Hartford, Niantic, South Windsor, Stonington, Newington, CT, and the surrounding areas.

Our Strong Commitment to Person-Centered Care is Evident in our living at home options and the services we provide to support this option:
Each person we work for has his/her own needs and wants. Our team will create a plan that gives the person served the support, social interaction, and independence they want, while offering rest and respite for family and caregivers.
Support may encompass but are not exclusive to:
- going out into the community for shopping, recreation and services like medical appointments, counseling and banking
- providing enrichment activities like games or local outings to favorite locations including restaurants
- assistance with taking medications, personal hygiene, meal preparation
- behavioral assessments and support plans, including staff and family training
- warm companionship and socialization with our staff and with peers
- emotional support for the individual and peace of mind for the caregivers
Our in-home support services may be just a few hours a week, or can range up to all waking hours of the day.
