About Our Services

We provide a comprehensive range of supports that empower individuals to live fulfilling, self‑directed lives. Through residential options, independent living supports, and individualized day programs, we tailor each service to meet personal needs and create pathways toward growth and community participation.

Residential Programs

Journey Found specializes in providing caring service options and adult disability support to help adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities or Autism to live as independently as possible. Our comprehensive approach offers adaptive strategies, emotional support, meaningful engagement, assistive technology, and planning that addresses challenges and promotes independence. If independent living doesn’t work for your loved one, we also offer the option for you to care for them in the comfort of your own home with family living solutions.

Supportive Housing

Journey Found uses a specific and tailored team approach to develop personalized plans for each person supported.

Our team includes Clinical Behavioral Specialists (BCBAs), Registered Nurses (RNs), highly trained program directors, and program managers. Each member of the team works together with families and guardians to build a personalized support plan, ensuring all aspects of care are addressed.

Additional Services

Individualized Day Programming

Individualized Day Programming offers personalized support for adults seeking meaningful ways to grow, engage, and thrive throughout their day. Staff work 1:1 or in small groups of no more than four to assist individuals in pre-vocational and vocational skill-building, recreational activities, and retirement enrichment. Community involvement is a core part of our approach. Staff support individuals in accessing appointments, activities, jobs, grocery shopping, and favorite local destinations, ensuring each person stays connected to meaningful experiences within their community.

Services are flexible and can take place in the person’s home, in the community, or at the Journey Found office, depending on each person’s unique needs and goals. Our programs emphasize both formal and informal skill development to help people learn new abilities, strengthen independence, and confidently navigate daily life.
